Adriele Fernandes, founder of AF Care Services, holding a newborn

"I came to this work the way most doulas do, through love. Through watching new mothers ache for sleep, and knowing I could give them that gift."

I'm Adriele Fernandes, the founder of AF Care Services. I'm a Certified Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist with a nursing background from Brazil and over 5+ years of hands-on experience caring for newborns and the families who welcome me into their homes, from labor and delivery through the tender first months at home.

My approach is gentle, evidence-informed, and unhurried, yet also clinically grounded. I have specialized experience with newborns (0 to 3 months), premature infants and NICU graduates, twins, surrogacy births, and high-profile households, including continuous medical monitoring, oxygen therapy support, and feeding-tube (NG / sonda) care.

Above all, I believe families deserve continuity. One calm, trusted presence from birth through the early months. My hope is that you wake to a soft home, a fed baby, and the quiet knowing that you are not alone in this season.
