What birth doula support looks like
Before birth
Prenatal visits to talk through your preferences, comfort measures, and what matters most to you. We build a birth plan that still breathes if the day changes.
On call
From 38 weeks I am available to you, day or night, for questions, early labor guidance, and reassurance.
During labor
Continuous physical and emotional support: positioning, breathing, counter-pressure, advocacy, and a calm voice beside you and your partner.
Cesarean & hospital births
Experienced in the operating room and comfortable in clinical settings, so a surgical birth still feels held, personal, and yours.
The golden hour
Support with skin-to-skin, first feeding, and settling into those first quiet hours together.
After
A postpartum follow-up visit to process your birth, check on feeding, and ease the transition home.
