Services · Postpartum Support
The hours around you, tended to.
Postpartum support is not only about the baby. It is about protecting your rest, your healing, and the quiet confidence of a home that feels cared for. Shifts start at 8 hours and are shaped around your family, during the day, overnight, or both.
Day Shift
A calmer daytime
- Arrive quietly and check in with you first: how you slept, how you're healing, what you need most today.
- Newborn care while you nap, shower, or simply have an uninterrupted meal.
- Feeding support: bottle prep and washing, paced feeding, breastfeeding positioning, or bringing baby to you.
- Gentle daytime rhythms, wake windows, and nap support that protect night sleep.
- Light nourishment for you: snacks, hydration, a warm meal when needed.
- Reset of the baby spaces: nursery tidy, laundry folded, bottles sterilized, supplies restocked.
- Education as we go, so you feel more confident every time I leave.
Night Shift
Nights that restore
- Arrive as the house settles and take over the night so you can sleep in real, unbroken stretches.
- All night feeds handled: bottle feeds, or bringing baby to you to nurse and resettling after.
- Diaper changes, swaddling, soothing, and gentle resettling between sleep cycles.
- Close monitoring of baby's temperature, breathing, feeding, and output through the night.
- Support for preemies, NICU graduates, and babies with additional needs.
- Bottles washed, pump parts cleaned, nursery reset before morning.
- A written night log at the end of the shift, so you wake up knowing exactly how the night went.
Behind the scenes
A glimpse into postpartum care
Small moments of reset that help a home feel calm again: bottle stations organized, nursery spaces refreshed, and the quiet rhythm of a day or night shift unfolding.

Your family's privacy matters. No photos or videos of real babies are published on this site. What you see here are quiet glimpses of the care spaces and routines I help create for families, shared only to protect every child's safety and identity.
Standard overnight shifts are around 10 hours, typically 9pm to 7am, though schedules are always flexible and built with you.
